It's fitting that Hugues Longelin Interiors appointed the model suite that will

Hugues Longelin is the President of Sinclair properties, LLC and President
of the Group Sinclair Productions, Inc. which imports & distributes, under
the well known Brand, “Sinclair Limoges”, fine French Royal Limoges
porcelain for over 8 years in the US and the Caribbean. Born In France, in
1968. Graduated from University of Paris 10, as a student he received
several awards, for the creation of the agenda of Paris University, the
McFac Card and the Maxi Jeunes booklet. At 22, he was hired as
Advertising director at the Group Practice, managing 20 sales associates in
Paris, Within 5 years, he multiplied the sales of the Group by 3. Haunted by
the American Dream, he moved to South Florida in January 1993, Studied
English & Marketing in FIU for a year. He started Sinclair Productions, Inc.
in 1995, which become in 7 years the first importer in the USA of fine
Royal Porcelain figurines Collectible from Limoges France. Sinclair
Productions, Inc. now, serve over 300 fine retail stores in the USA and has
a network of 32 web sites selling the fine porcelain figurines.
Missing the quality of architecture & interior of Paris & South of France
where he spent his vacation in his Grand Parents Villa Grace, Hugues
Longelin, started on a side as a hobby, Sinclair properties, LLC. His own
investment firm in real Estate, he passed his Real Estate License, and starts
to buy condos on the beach that he renovated with quality & his French
touch. Within 3 years, he bought 1 condo on Sunny Island, a large Estate in
Cooper City, a Duplex and a single-family home in Hollywood Downtown
District. For inspiration, he looked no further than the architectural
credentials of the French & Spanish Mediterranean Revival-style.
Villa Sinclair on 317 Polk Street, Hollywood Beach was Built in 1940.
With Spanish Mix Art Deco style on a double lot over 10000 square feet

the Guest House," he said. To emphasize the Guest House's historic cachet
to, prospective Vacationers, each corner of the building have accent stones
& decorative Mediterranean tiles and an opulent tropical garden.
Hugues Longelin designed the master Suite Apartment that has a view on
the Ocean from the living room and the bedroom, with open spaces, purity
and comfort, mixing quality furniture that he acquired from all over the
World a full bathroom with tub, will feature Multi jet shower & a
completely tiled & equipped Kitchen. The two-story luxury suite Apartment
building at 317 Polk Street, renovation will take place in the second
semester of 2003, in 3 phases;
The first phase, will start July 2003, with the renovation of the outside,
central air conditioning energy efficient, will be installed on the new flat roof,
when at the same time, all the windows will be replaced by French style
white aluminum single hang hurricane impact resistant windows. Stone
Molding and New Awnings around the windows will be added to give a
Mediterranean accent, as well as decorative Spanish accent tiles. The
Building will be re-painted in yellow & white. The Courtyard and patio area
will be completely tiled, with imported European exterior. An outside
Barbecue-fire-place designed to be as much decorative as useful. A lavish
Tropical garden will decorate the patio and the garden area. The Tropical

end of August”, said Longelin said.

winter, to Europeans & Latin Americans & Japanese during the summer,
on the Internet in French, English, Spanish & Japanese. Internet is the most
cost effective way to market out Guest House, and in this range of service,
